To provide each person individual attention, classes are limited to four participants and traveling workshops are limited to six.

Paying for Classes and Workshops
The Photographic Gallery accepts payment via Paypal, bank transfers, check, cash, or quick-pay services provided by many banks and credit union. We accept credit cards in person at the Gallery; however, we are unable to accept them over the phone. Please make payment arrangements directly with Jo.
Classes and One-day Workshops ---- Must be paid in full upon registering.
Travel Workshops ---- Deposits of $750 to $1000, depending on the workshop, are required upon registration. The balance will be due 90 days before the starting date of the workshop.
NOTE: Our travel workshops are designed for serious amateurs and professionals.
If for some reason you must cancel, you will need to notify us in writing by email as quickly as possible.
Cancellation within 24 hours ---- Deposit will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee.
Cancellation prior to 90 days before the start of the workshop ---- Deposit will be refunded, minus a $350 administrative fee.
No refund issued for cancellations less than 90 days before the start of the workshop. However, if you cancel but find an acceptable replacement for yourself, your deposit will be refunded, minus $100.
NOTE: We reserve the right to approve or reject the replacement participant.
